Celebrate
the Thames, a special project of the Urban League of London,
aimed to increase Londoners' knowledge, awareness and appreciation of the Thames River and
its valley lands. During and
subsequent to the 1996-1997 year of Celebrate the Thames, a number of
different educational, artistic and community initiatives were produced. The
watershed map, The Thames - Our
Heritage, and the set of eight illustrated booklets, Thames
Topics, can be viewed on this website. |
