Internet Reservations


Make a Reservation

  • The Internet reservation service is available to make reservations 24 hours per day, year round.

  • Beginning on March 1, 2009, reserve up to 6 months in advance of your arrival, i.e., a reservation could be made on March 1 for September 1.  The six month reservation window starts at 7:00 am EST each day.

  • Site specific campsite reservations must be paid in full by Visa or MasterCard at the time of booking (reservation fee plus camping fees).

  • When making multiple reservations for the same time period the same name cannot be used for each campsite. The reservation must be in the name of the person who is arriving to pick up the campsite permit. Name changes cannot be made upon arrival. Changes can be made prior to your arrival by calling toll free 1-866-ONT-CAMP. A $7.00 fee is charged for this service.

  • To reserve a seasonal campsite, reserve a group site, or rent a facility, please call the Conservation Areas directly.

To Make A Reservation

The first time you make a reservation over the Internet you will be asked to register on the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority Internet Reservation System. You will be asked to complete a User Profile of information including name, address and telephone number. Your telephone number will become your user name. You will have the opportunity to select your own unique password. The next time you log into the reservation site you will be able to log on using your user name and password.

The information collected in your User Profile will be STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and will not be disclosed to outside parties.

Making an Internet Reservation - please have ready:

  • Conservation Area name (Fanshawe, Wildwood or Pittock)

  • Type of site - electrical (15 or 30 amp), non-electrical, regular or water front (limited availability

  • Arrival and departure dates

  • Type and size of camping equipment

  • Name, address, postal code, telephone number, number in your party

  • Method of payment (Visa or MasterCard number and expiry date)

Payment

Visa or MasterCard can be used to pay for any internet reservations. A $10.00 non-refundable reservation fee applies for each booking. Only site specific reservation are available by internet and your credit card will be charged immediately for the total cost of your visit.

Reservation Confirmation

Upon completion of your internet campsite reservation an information box will appear on-screen. This box contains your booking number, site number, fees charged and other important information related to your reservation. Please print the confirmation letter and bring it with you when you come in to camp. Please refer to your booking number when making any reservation changes.

Confirmation letters will be mailed to anyone making a reservation a least one week in advance, including changes and/or cancellations.

Changing or Cancelling

Once a reservation has been confirmed over the Internet, changes and cancellations must be made by calling 1-866-ONT-CAMP (1-866-668-2267). Please have your booking number ready when calling. A $7.00 fee will be charged for each cancellation or change.
